Ordinance Sec. 62-10
This law prohibits camping on any city-owned street, sidewalk, alley, or other public rights-of-way.

Penalty: Class 4 misdemeanor

Ordinance Sec. 74-9
This law prohibits loitering at any public place or any place open to the public in a way that obstructs the passage of pedestrians or vehicles. This law also prohibits loitering on public streets in order to engage vehicle passengers while stopped on the main-traveled portion of the road.

Penalty: Class 1 misdemeanor
