Our March in-person training in Richmond brought VHA’s AmeriCorps VISTA cohort together for a powerful few days of growth and connection! VISTA members dove into career development through odyssey mapping, strengthened their networking and personal branding skills, and collaborated on ideas to advance their projects. Thank you to Cael Parker (of Cael Parker Consulting) for facilitating another wonderful workshop!

To close out the training, the cohort spent a day at Cornerstone Community Farm, harvesting 87 pounds of fresh produce that has since been donated to RVA Community Fridges! Re-energized and inspired, members are feeling ready to take on the final six months of their service year.
