In this BLI Cohort Member Spotlight, we’re thrilled to feature Justin Ferguson, a dedicated commercial real estate broker who blends financial strategy with social impact to address affordable housing needs. Through innovative approaches and a strong commitment to education, Justin is creating sustainable solutions that benefit both investors and communities.

Samantha Wood is a member of the BIPOC Leadership Institute, and the Senior Field Organizer at the National Alliance to End Homelessness. Her primary role is to engage with homeless and housing organizations throughout the country to strengthen and build relationships concerning matters of policy.
