2100 Bainbridge – Richmond, VA

Sitting on the site of a former coal storage facility in Richmond’s Southside, this project brings 83 new-build units of affordable senior housing to the Swansboro neighborhood.
Friendship Court / Kindlewood Phase 2 – Charlottesville, VA

This 100-unit affordable housing redevelopment project boasts a variety of tenant amenities, to include a community resource center and gathering space, an early childhood learning center, and ample green space.
Beacon Landing – Fairfax, VA
Wesley Housing | The Lamb Center
Slated to become Northern Virginia’s largest permanent supportive housing community, this collaborative project will transform an old motel site into a mixed-use development featuring 54 apartments and an employment center.
Indigo at McLean Station – Tysons, VA
Newly built on the site of an abandoned office building, this transit-oriented development includes 231 affordable apartments, ranging from studios to 3-bedroom homes.
Fairfax Crest – Fairfax, VA
Lincoln Avenue Communities | KTGY
Originally a sprawling parking lot, this 279-unit complex now supports low-income families with the resources they need to thrive – including tenant amenities such as an on-site daycare and retail opportunities.
Bains Pointe – Portsmouth, VA
This affordable apartment community, largely consisting of family-sized apartments, is conveniently located for easy access to local schools, stores, jobs, and parks. Resident amenities include a community space, a fitness center, and on-site laundry.
Witter Place – Alexandria, VA
Witter Place provides high-quality housing and amenities for families earning between 40-60% of the area median income (AMI). In addition to the project’s green building practices, 10 of the 94 total units are also mobility-accessible.
The Exchange at Spring Hill Station – Tysons, VA
True Ground Housing Partners | Fairfax County Redevelopment Housing Authority
This project is transforming a car dealership parking lot into the first 100% affordable multifamily housing development in Tysons, featuring over 500 units for families earning at or below 70% AMI. Upon its completion, the property will include a 30,000 square foot community center and counseling facilities.
