The National Fair Housing Alliance recently released an action guide report entitled “Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing as a Tool to Further Health Equity” to address the importance of increasing housing access and stability to improve health outcomes. The report highlights the nexus between the social determinants of health and the Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing (AFFH) and encourages healthcare and housing stakeholders to team up to solve the dual crisis of housing and health inequity.
