NNRHA supports our community by administering the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) and Public Housing programs. Additionally, NNRHA has a partnership with the City of Newport News which allows us to provide homebuyer assistance and residential property repairs to eligible Newport News residents using Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME funds. NNRHA serves as the redevelopment arm for the City of Newport News.
