These events continue to bring together cross-sector leaders to share knowledge, strengthen partnerships, and drive meaningful progress. In addition, this year marks a very special conference series as VHA celebrates its 10-year anniversary.

VHA’s Housing Credit Conference (HCC) focuses on the development and financing of affordable housing. Grounded in the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program, it convenes developers, investors, policymakers, and industry leaders to explore the tools, policies, and partnerships that make affordable housing possible across Virginia.
Cranewatch: Applications for our Cranewatch session are now open! This fast-paced session highlights affordable housing developments across Virginia – either recently completed or under construction – and is a great opportunity to share your work with developers, lenders, and housing leaders from across the Commonwealth. This year’s Cranewatch will be during the HCC lunch hour, giving your project even greater visibility. Get your applications in early to be among the few projects highlighted this year!

VHA’s Housing Virginia’s Most Vulnerable (HVMV) Conference centers on the systems and services supporting individuals and families with the greatest housing needs. It brings together service providers, healthcare professionals, and housing leaders to explore strategies that promote housing stability and end homelessness in Virginia.
