Last week, VHA had the opportunity to serve as Virginia’s state captain for the annual National Alliance to End Homelessness Hill Day in Washington, D.C. 

Our policy team was honored to join more than a dozen housing advocates from across the Commonwealth as they met with nine different members of Virginia’s Congressional delegation – celebrating their support for the groundbreaking 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act, as well as reiterating the need to protect critical federal funding for homeless services in our state.

Whether you emailed your representatives using our call to action form, or joined us in person on Capitol Hill, we are truly grateful for your support. Thank you for advocating with us!
